So as promised, i'm doing an update on the get skinny plan 10294328439.2. If you saw my previous post on why I'm no longer going to group any more then you'll know i took the plunge to do it alone.
How are you finding it, you may ask... Well i feel like im already failing, even though when i weighed in on Tuesday morning i had lost a massive 5lb! MY biggest loss yet. how that happened I'm not sure, maybe its because of the classes ive been doing at the gym. but i was chuffed, if i was still at group i would of got my club 10 award (where you loose 10% of your body weight) but since then ive been rewarding my efforts with a whole load of sweets and crap i just genuinely don't need.
I have well and truly fallen off the wagon! and when i weighed in again on Saturday, as that would of been my normal weigh in i had gained 1lbs. SO as of today, obviously a new frame of mind cant start on any other day than a Monday, I am going back to basics. I'm going to be writing down everything that goes in my mouth and thinking about what im actually eating. ie not just thinking i can have that and be extra good tomorrow that's not how i'm going to get to target. So to help other people out i've added a picture of the food diary i use.

I use this to tick which foods belong in each category and then to note down the hex a or b and then i write down the syn values. It helps to make sure that 1/3 of your whole day is speed foods.
