Does spending a fortune on conditioner really make a difference? No, or maybe yes! I believe it all depends on your hair. 

Ive spent £2 on conditioner, and i've spent £12.99 and more, and my favorite one is about £2.99 and its my favorite because it works for me and my hair.  

What To Avoid

There are certain things you need to avoid when it comes to purchasing conditioners and shampoos, whether you have curly black hair or not. Its not hard to know that any sort of chemicals are going to be bad for your hair,so anything that sounds like a chemical probably is. so avoid any sulfates,parabens, phthalates and paraffins.

What To Look Out For

The ingredients are obviously the biggest clue as to whats in the product. Don't been fooled by the hype or advertising. Listen to your hair and know what it needs more. If your hairs feeling dry then you're going to need a moisture rich conditioner. Always check the ingredients, the first ingredient is the thing that's most used so look out for aqua listed first! Any thing with oils and fruit extracts will help to.

Whats The Benefit of Paying More 

When you pay more its usually for two reason, the brand name or the ingredients used. Remember though, that a conditioner is there to leave your hair feeling soft and moisturized, so any will do that.But you really need to find which one works for you. If you've paid a couple of pounds for a conditioner and it really works for you then you've hit the jackpot. The best thing you can invest your money in though would be a styling product,like a leave in or curling cream/pudding.

A conditioner alone wont perform miracles, so you need to generally look after your hair. Remember to drink plenty of water, deep condition at least once a week, and stay away from heat. Some would say it does matter which conditioner you use, but its still really only down to personal preference.

firstly if you dont call any sort of weight loss group a fat related name then your not a true chubster. Ive been doing Slimming world for about 16 weeks now and ive lost just over a stone.

Im happy with that, im more confident, i feel fitter and im happier. Granted i wish it was more but, loosing 15lbs is better than still carrying them about on my backside! If you read my first [and only post] about slimming world then you can see that it all started off well. I did say that i would do 2 weekly post, and i didnt, please forgive me. But the whole journey was and still is a massive rolle rcoster.

Over my birthday week i had a massive gain of 3.5lbs, it was horrible i felt like such a fatty and i had to work my butt off for the following 2 weeks to get it off again, and following the plan and being active worked, i got it off and then some! But this saturday at weigh in i was thinking to myself what am i getting out of paying someone £4.95 to stand on some scales. Ive never stayed to group I personally hate the idea of it, so i've decided to go it alone.

I know how the plan works now, i know what i need to do to loose the weight so why am i paying someone else to tell me how much i weigh when i can stand on my scales for free and fill the book in myself, damn ill even make my own certificates. i get that some people need the group to keep them motivated and the thought of someone weighing them makes them keep to plan, but i think i can do it alone. Ill weigh myself weekly, and just keep doing what im doing. I still follow  some amazing people on instagram for inspiration and meal ideas, i still have the book and i know what i like to use my syns on.

This time i think i will be doing updates, just so i know i have a record of whats going on. If i can still loose a pound a week and not have to pay then im all game for that. 

Has anyone else gone it alone after following a diet plan ? how did you find it 

All that being said, hes an asshole, but hes my bloody asshole! he makes me laugh, we play fight, he puts up with my weird outburst even if it does make him want to punch me in the face. But hes the most down to earth guy you'll ever meet, he tells it as it is and keeps things real. hes the best dad and a pretty awesome boyfriend.

I guess what I want you to take away from this is life isnt a fairy tale, the things you see on social media aren't always as they look so dont get brainwashed. Im pretty sure that perfect looking couple wont post pictures of her boyfriends dirty boxers on the floor, heck not even i do,But our partners will annoy us but we have to remember why we're with them, we need to pick our battles and just enjoy each other. I'm sure my man has 100 things that annoy him that I do but we just get on with it and it's just life.

Its my birthday at the end of the month and autumn is apon us so i though it would be a perfect time to put together a little wish list for my favorite time of year! It a mix match of all sorts but as per its mainly clothes and bits for the house! and yes i still dont have a colander!

I'm a simple kinda gal, im not fussed about expensive things just things that i love and look good. 

With all the clothes ive picked they can be easily pared with jeans of any colour, and can be dressed up or down. 

And with the house bits,I really want to concentrate on our bedroom, so these will really finish off the room nicely. Im going for that dusty pink, mint green and copper feel.
