What to pop in a toddlers Christmas Eve Box
08:06:00
So with Christmas fast approaching I thought I would share what's in Mason's Christmas Eve box.
This is something we never really had when I was younger we only ever had our stockings then our main presents. But since Mason's been born it's something I've started and will continue to do until he tells me to stop!
For me it's all about getting Christmassy.
So first thing I get is an activity to do in the afternoo of Christmas Eve and this year I've gone with a paint your own Santa! Found it in matalan for £3
Secondly I get some pjs I love the flannet grandad style. I found these ones in primark for £4. I love nice ones for the pictures we take Christmas morning. Vain I know but a photo obsesser like me can't help it.
I then get a film, nursery told me that they watched the snowman one day and Mason loved it so I then had the perfect film idea. We all sit down before bed with lots of snacks. I found the snowman and snow dog box get on tesco for £7
After the film it's a story. I got an elf and a book about Christmas from the card factory for the tiny price of £1.99 so we will be reading that just before bedtime.
I then place it all in a box that fits. This one was from card factory again and was only about £2.50, finally add some chocolate coins because it wouldn't be Christmas without them!!
I'll be giving Mason his Christmas Eve box in the afternoon after lunch.
Hope that helps any mummas that haven't done a box yet or are looking for a bit of inspo!
What do you put in your littles Christmas Eve boxes if they have them?
