did you start your diet today ? new year new you and all that ? if you did, then well done and i wish you luck! new diets are tough and if you are like me then you might find diets hard if you dont see results after 3 days! im impatient, i mean ive eaten 3 salads why am i not skinny yet?!...but im going to be trying so hard to keep to this one! i need to for my mental happiness and my health! 

so what did i eat today ?
not going to lie this time of year in my mums house is tough! she over buys on everything and it stays out till its gone which is about march! so will power was on full speed today! but i started the day positive and filled a 2 ltr bottle with water and lemons and tackled the day!




first meal of the day was a 3 egg white and 1 whole egg omelet, with some mushrooms,green beans and spinach. along with some green tea and my holland and barrett hair,skin and nail caplets. can be brought here.


lunch was a tin of mackerel some spinach,cucumber,tomato and mushrooms. with a squeeze of lemon and some chili flakes. it was so yummy! 




about 3 i was flagging. between 2 and 5 i get so hungry and always want to eat. so i got a snack of pineapple and almonds! 



then by 5 i was hungry again and wanted dinner, so i had some left over mince and rice in the fridge and then added some green beans and broccoli. 

so all in all it was a brill day food wise and then i made the silly mistake of rewarding myself with a slice of Christmas cake!*oopps* i mean i did a great job! but this is the stuff i need to stop, but one day at a time, no ones a miracle worker!




with every meal i made sure i had a glass of water from my water bottle with added lemons. i struggle with water intake so im really concentrating on improving it!

im hoping in a few weeks time the days will get easier and i will be able to update you guys if my diet is working and if it is i will post my meal plan! on monday i start with the workouts! *wish me luck*

  1. Water intake is something I struggle with too. Pineapple and almond is such an odd combo! Haha.

    1. im so glad im not the only one! i hate plain water and the lemons seems to be helping! im all for odd combos ! thanks corinne! ill need all the luck in the world!
