Wednesday, hump day, middle of the week, nearly friday... what ever you call this day we will now refer to it as 'what i ate wednesday' #wiaw ( i joined the trend on insta!)
now thats cleared up id like to introduce you to my new blog series, where each wednesday ill be posting what i ate and starting from next week will have a recipe thrown in too.
ive had alot of people ask me 'how do you cook that?' 'teach me' so i gathered why not start a reference point to bring people to. so as of next week come here to find new,quick, healthy and most importantly yummy meals! perfect for busy mummas or people who arent a dab hand in the kitchen but still want to eat tasty stuff. i mean beans on toast cant always win!
im still on my healthy eat and thankfully the gods heard me cry last week because this weeks weigh in im a 1kg lighter from last monday, which has made me more determined..so heres what i ate wednesday!
breakfast; 2 egg whites 1 whole egg scrambled with smoked ham,mange tout,spinach and mushroms
snack; fat free greek yogurt, i added some natural honey.
lunch; mince ( i cooked a huge batch up) with tinned tomatoes, peas carrots, mange tout,and again spinach, with lettuce and tomatoes.
dinner; the same mince from earlier with 1 fried egg on top
pudding; nakd salted caramel nibbles- the best thing ever!! get some seriously they are lush!
i eat like this pretty much everyday and ive been going to the gym 4 days a week so somethings working!
